Position –  Office Worker

Job Location –  Green Bay, Wi

Starting Date –  Immediate, 5/13/2025

Employment Term –  Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type –  Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) –   1st Shift (7-4 or 8-5) Based on team needs

Starting Pay –  $18-$23 based on exp.

Benefits –  Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education –  High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience –  At least 2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities [3-5 Bullet Points ex: Mount, install, align and secure tools and attachments] 

  • - Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
  • - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments.
  • - Maintain and organize office supplies, anticipating needs and placing orders as necessary.
  • - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  • - Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.

Qualifications [3-5 Bullet Points ex: High School Diploma or equivalent]

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or some college coursework preferred.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in an administrative or office support role is helpful
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.   
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).  
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.   
    A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, scanners).
