POSITION – Product Assembler
JOB LOCATION – Eau Claire, Wisconsin
STARTING DATE – Immediately
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Long-term, Summer, Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time/Part-time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift FT/PT 8am-4pm (Monday-Friday) or a 4-hr shifts between 8am-4pm (Monday-Friday)
STARTING PAY – $13.00/hr.
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – None
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous assembly, production, light industrial experience preferred but not required
The Product Assembler will assemble products at a work station and prepare for shipping.
Responsibilities
Assemble small parts using air tools and small hand tools
Set parts into a machine and operate the equipment
Utilize product details and performance requirements to set, manufacture and test product
Ensure accuracy of counts using weight scale
Qualifications
Manual dexterity to handle and assemble small parts
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and sit/stand for up to 8 hours a day
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
