Position – Administrative Assistant
Job Location – West Bend, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Regular, Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Flexible - Full Time Preferred but Possible to work with Part Time Schedule
Work Hours (Shift) – Office Hours 8am - 5pm
Starting Pay – $18 - $20, depends on Experience
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to, answering phones, greeting clients, situating clients in our conference room, calendaring, forwarding calls or taking messages for our attorney and other staff, assembling binders, preparing cover letters, doing mailings, shredding, and filing.
Depending on performance and comfort, other duties may include drafting legal documents (including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, Deeds, Leases, and Contracts), proofreading legal documents, filing and recording with courts or governmental agencies, assistance with probate and trust administrations, and meeting with clients.
