POSITION – Lead Customer Service Representative
JOB LOCATION – Jackson, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (8:00a- 4:30p)
STARTING PAY – $30/Hour
REQUIRED EDUCATION – Associate or Bachelor's Degree
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Minimum three years of related experience.
Lead Customer Service Representative will provide the best possible customer service satisfaction the same as a Customer Service Representative but at a more complex level of expertise. Additionally the Lead will be responsible for handling reports for open orders, rental equipment and work closely with sales and service on processes that require additional steps and processes accurately and timely.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer telephone calls. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers by ensuring the best possible customer satisfaction by providing expertise in answering/resolving customer inquiries on products, shipments, pricing, etc.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding the status of open orders to customers and sales staff. Assist in providing alternatives to provide items in a timely manner.
- Resolve all inquiries internal and external to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as open orders, service logs and procedure manuals. Ability to prepare reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees of the organization. Spanish speaking a plus but not required.
- Minimum 3+ years of related experience.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement including whole numbers, fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
