Position – Machine Operator (Tube Laser)
Job Location – Fall River, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd Shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm)
Starting Pay – $18-$20/hr Depends on Experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 1 years of experience
Brand new tube laser/bender in our Fall River, WI facility. If you enjoy learning new equipment, can take on the challenge of working on a brand new piece of equipment this might be the job for you. This operator must be able to think quickly, make decisions, and have outstanding troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
• Perform setups and operations
• Check material thickness for accuracy and load material
• Check parts according to blueprints
• Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations.
• Identify and solve machine alignment and cut condition problems
• Troubleshoot minor program errors independently
Qualifications
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competent at basic dimensional measuring and able to quickly learn the use of precision measurement tools
• Demonstrated competency in basic shop math
• Demonstrated blueprint reading capability
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Ability to efficiently work in a team and coordinate work with other departments
• Aptitude to take orders and execute the same efficiently
• Demonstrated detail orientation, self motivation skills and ability to multi-task
• A High School diploma or GED Equivalent
