Machine/Floater Operator

Position – Machine/Floater Operator

Job Location – Germantown, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st & 2nd Shift

Starting Pay – $16-$18/Hour

Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – 2 years of machining experience

 

As a floater operator, you will experience variety in your day-to-day duties to assist with creating a quality product!

 

Responsibilities

- Operate press brakes.

- Machine operation to include drill press and spot welding equipment

 

Qualifications

- Some experience in the operation of press brakes.

- Set-up experience would be a plus.

- Willingness to learn and collaborate with team members
