POSITION – Lead Customer Service Representative

JOB LOCATION – Jackson, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (8:00a- 4:30p)

STARTING PAY – $20/Hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – HS Diploma

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – 1-3 years experience

 

Customer Service Representative provides the best possible customer satisfaction to the organization's customers

by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and problems, processing orders, preparing quotations, providing

shipping information, taking credit card payments and assisting with billing issues, in accordance with company

policies and procedures

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and

responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

1. Answer incoming customer telephone calls. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with

customers by ensuring the best possible customer satisfaction by providing expertise in answering / resolving

customer inquiries on products, shipments, pricing etc.

2. Provide accurate and timely information regarding the status of open orders to customers and sales staff.

Assisting in providing alternatives to provide items in a timely manner.

3. Resolve all inquiries internal and external to customer satisfaction within company policy and procedures.

4. Maintain all emails to group inbox to process and confirm customer orders accurately and timely. Maintaining

clean inbox and subfolders to facilitate clear communication externally and internally.

5. Enter all required information into the computerized systems ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

6. Address and create return authorization to customers to maintain customer goodwill along with following and

communicating our return policy

7. Scan assigned documents into Docuware and maintain timely documentation to keep current

8. Provide inside support to the outside sales representatives as needed.

9. Complete special projects as assigned.

10. Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.

11. Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping

standards.
