Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift
Starting Pay – $22 to 27/hr

Required Education – Associates degree in accounting or finance preferred
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience in an accounting role
In this role, you'll be vital in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. You'll assist with a variety of accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our day-to-day processes.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Processing Transactions: Handling accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling statements.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately inputting financial data into our accounting system and maintaining organized records.
- Reconciliations: Assisting with bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
- Expense Reports: Reviewing and processing employee expense reports.
- Reporting Support: Helping prepare financial reports and assisting with month-end closing procedures.
- Administrative Tasks: Providing general administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting support role is preferred.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- A high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial information.
