Position: Production Worker / Machine Operator
Shift: 12 hour rotating shifts (work only 15 days a month)
Day Shift: 6am to 6pm
Night Shift: 6pm to 6am
Pay: $17.00 to $20.00
?? Key Responsibilities
· Assemble and package medical device parts or sub-assemblies using hand tools and automated equipment
· Operate injection-molding, assembly, or packaging machinery to specific work instructions
· Measure, count, weigh, inspect, and label parts and finished goods per quality specifications
· Monitor machine operation for defects or malfunctions; report issues promptly
· Maintain cleanliness and compliance within clean-room or GMP environments
· Follow and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and validated work instructions
?? Qualifications
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent
· Experience: Entry-level acceptable; 6+ months production or clean-room experience preferred
· Skills:
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting, weighing, and inspection tasks
o Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions precisely
o Comfortable working in clean-room/GMP environments
· Physical Requirements:
o Lift up to ~50 lbs, frequently walk, stand, bend, reach, and handle repetitive tasks
