Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Part Coordinator to support our maintenance and operations team in Rosemount, MN. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with heavy equipment or farm machinery, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in demanding industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain parts inventory for storage and quick access.
• Identify and prepare parts needed for scheduled maintenance or repairs.
• Determine appropriate placement of parts for efficient workflow (e.g., grouping related mechanical parts).
• Set up and organize tools, parts, and equipment required for maintenance jobs.
• Communicate effectively with industrial mechanics and maintenance staff.
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure all tasks are completed to standard.
• Maintain familiarity with mechanical tools and components.
• Observe and follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Work in tough conditions including dusty, greasy, and outdoor environments.

Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge of heavy equipment or farm equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical parts and their function.
• Ability to lift heavy parts and equipment; physical stamina required.
• Experience working in industrial, agricultural, or mechanical settings preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with maintenance personnel.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical safety procedures.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to dust, grease, loud noise, and outdoor elements.
• Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods may be required.
