Position – Assistant Kitchen Manager

Job Location – Lomira, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) –  1st Shift (6:00am – 2:00pm)

Starting Pay – Based on experience $18.50-$19

The kitchen manager will work alongside leadership to prep menus, inventory, food ordering, catering as well be the grill cook.

Responsibilities

-Preparing and serving hot and cold foods

-assisting with production plant catering functions

-cleaning, stocking shelves, washing dishes and pots and pans

-running the food cart

-stocking and putting away trucks and/or any tasks assigned by the department supervisor

Qualifications 

-candidates must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

-Prior food service experience is required. 

-positive attitude and good people skills, while in contact with customers and fellow employees

-candidates must have prior grill cook experience
