We are currently hiring for full-time day shift Packaging Assembly employees in Chippewa Falls.
Position: Shift Lead
Job Location: Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin
Starting Date: Immediate
Employment Term: 4 months
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift): Days (Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm)
Starting Pay: $19 + $1 shift differential per hour

As a production lead you will not only get the opportunity to be part of the team to reach production goals, you will also feel rewarded at the end of the shift. You will have opportunity to make a difference in the community by guiding and working with the individuals we serve that have varying levels of abilities.
The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the entire production team to meet production goals to customer specifications. This position will have additional responsibilities to meet the increasing needs of our customers. The key roles for this position are:

Work with the Production Manager as a valued part of the production team in all operations of assigned projects. Ensure principles of lean manufacturing are implemented and maintained.

To supervise and train workers, including monitoring worker production, quality, and ensuring proper documentation of records.

Perform varied production tasks: inventory, printing of labels, job set-up/take-down, equipment set up, materials acquisition requests, etc. that support the efficient flow of production.
