Electronic Assembly - Soldering

Job Title: Electronics Assembler
Location: Burnsville, MN
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday through Friday)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembler to join our team in Burnsville, MN. The ideal candidate will have experience in a range of hands-on assembly tasks, including electronic component installation, wiring, and mechanical fastening techniques. You will be responsible for assembling, prepping, and finishing circuit boards and related components in a clean, fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install electronic components on PCBs (printed circuit boards)
• Prepare boards for soldering, including trace cutting, labeling, and cleaning
• Perform soldering of components with attention to detail and quality
• Execute mechanical assembly tasks such as screwing, bolting, press-fitting, and tapping
• Conduct bonding and curing of materials per process requirements
• Sand, wash, and clean components and assemblies to ensure readiness for the next steps
• Cut, trim, and de-panel PCBs as required
• Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and assembly drawings
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in electronics assembly or a related field preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions
• Comfortable using hand tools and precision instruments
• Strong attention to detail and steady hand coordination
• Good manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Schedule & Compensation:

• Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday through Friday)
• Hourly Pay: $20.00
