Warehouse worker
Are you a highly motivated and experienced warehouse professional ready for a dynamic role? We're seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our Appleton client’s busy team, supporting the operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and safety. This position involves working a significant portion of the time (approximately 50%) in cooler and freezer environments, so the ability to work comfortably in cold conditions is essential!

Starting Pay – $18/hr
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and fulfill online customer orders.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist with all aspects of shipping and receiving freight, ensuring smooth flow of product.
- Product Checking & Inventory:
- Check in incoming products for accuracy and quality.
- Weigh and count products for inventory tracking.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Ensure all products are correctly labeled and stored.
- Operational Support: Perform general warehouse cleaning and organization duties to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
Qualifications
- Forklift Expertise: 12+ months of recent, verifiable experience operating a forklift.
- Warehouse Experience: 6+ months of general warehouse experience in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort in Cold: Ability to comfortably and safely work in cooler and freezer environments (approx. 50% of the time).
- Attention to Detail: Excellent focus on accuracy when counting, weighing, and checking in products.
- Team Player: Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
