Job Location – Inver Grove Heights, MN
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (9:00 am to 5:00 pm), move to 2nd shift (3pm to 11pm)
Starting Pay – $20.35

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – 1 year previous manufacturing experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Package lubricant products into containers of various sizes in a manufacturing environment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor machinery, make minor adjustments, and ensure quality and efficiency requirements are met.
- Enter order data accurately into the computer system.
- Follow product and packaging specifications while adhering to the production schedule.
- Perform machine changeovers and end-of-run cleaning under the guidance of the Process Lead and Shift Manager.
- Operate and maintain plant equipment, documenting process conditions and uptime.
- Assist with warehouse operations, including picking orders, receiving inventory, and material handling.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Conduct general labor tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and assisting with machine operations.
- Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and orderly.
- Take on special duties as assigned by supervisors.
