Position: Production Assembler – Medical Devices

Location: Amery, WI
Starting at $17.00/hour
Shift: Full-Time | 1st Shift: 7:00am–3:30pm |  Monday–Friday


Position Overview:
Join our growing team as a Production Assembler and play a vital role in manufacturing and packaging high-quality medical devices. In this position, you will be responsible for assembling components, operating equipment, and ensuring adherence to strict cleanliness and quality standards. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role in a clean room or controlled production environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble medical devices or sub-assemblies according to validated specifications.
  • Operate assembly and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Accurately read and follow detailed work instructions.
  • Inspect components and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Monitor equipment for malfunctions and notify supervisors of issues.
  • Accurately label, count, weigh, and package parts and finished goods.
  • Use hand and power tools and fixtures as needed.
  • Load, unload, and organize materials and products.
  • Complete all required documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or clean room environment (medical industry experience a plus).
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with precision.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent counting/documentation skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Comfortable working in a clean room environment and following hygiene protocols.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
