Job Location – Oshkosh, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp to hire or Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift
Starting Pay – $25 to $35/hr

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll be responsible for the preventative maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of a variety of painting equipment, vehicles, and facility systems. This is a hands-on position that requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they impact our work.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on all painting equipment (e.g., sprayers, pressure washers, sanders), vehicles, and machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on various equipment and vehicles.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, vehicles, and facilities to identify potential problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Order and manage inventory of spare parts and supplies.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment on job sites as needed.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance and minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in an industrial or construction setting.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with painting equipment (e.g., airless sprayers, conventional sprayers) is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Basic welding and fabrication skills are a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
