Position – Shop Hand / Cabinet Builder
Job Location – Cornell, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (Monday through Thursday 6:30am to 3:45pm, Friday 6:30am to 12pm)
Starting Pay – $17-23 per hour

Required Education – None
Required Experience – Prior woodworking, finishing, or cabinetry experience preferred, but not required (on-the-job training provided).
As a Shop Hand / Cabinet Builder, you will be part of the production team building and finishing custom residential and commercial cabinetry. You’ll learn skills in sanding, assembly, finishing, and quality control while working in a safe, well-equipped shop.
Responsibilities
- Sand, prep, and assemble cabinet components
- Assist in finishing room with staining, varnishing, and detail work
- Perform final assembly and quality checks
- Load/unload trailers using lift-assist tables and carts (no off-property driving)
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Qualifications
- Ability to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. (with assist equipment)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Team-oriented with reliable attendance and punctuality
- Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or painting/finishing a plus
