Position – Lead Quality Technician
Job Location – Mayville, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp to hire
Employment Type – Full time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift
Starting Pay – $25 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience as a quality tech
As the Lead Quality Technician, you'll be at the forefront of the quality assurance efforts.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Quality team to maintain and enforce quality standards.
- Taking ownership of all quality results for yourself and your team's work.
- Performing meticulous visual inspections and precise measurements.
- Verifying electrical connectivity and flow through wiring harnesses.
- Conducting first-run testing on all harnesses.
- Entering and managing data in the Job Boss system.
- Operating various press machines to clamp connectors onto wiring harnesses.
- Providing training and guidance to your team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Skills: You must be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints. Experience with the Job Boss system is a bonus.
- Attention to Detail: You are highly detail-oriented and meticulous in your work.
