Blow Molding Press Operator
Job Description
This position is for a 12-hour night shift, from 6 PM to 6 AM on a 12-hour 2/2/3 work schedule.

WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

Ensure all assigned machines are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably by performing necessary mechanical adjustments.

Ensure high-quality products are produced at all times.

Monitor, report, and optimize process parameters.

Troubleshoot mechanical or process issues as needed.

Support changeover activities if necessary.

Ensure all raw materials are available and defect-free before use.

Monitor material waste and report inconsistencies.
-
Follow housekeeping rules and keep the work area clean according to the cleaning plan.

$20–22/hr

Requirements
Education/Experience:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum of 2 years related experience is required.
Qualifications/Skills:

Basic computer skills
-
Demonstrated mechanical ability
Physical Demands:
The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, and very occasionally climb or balance. They are frequently required to use hands to handle or feel, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and talk or hear. Sitting is occasional.
