Our Markesan client is seeking a reliable and mechanically-inclined individual to join their hands-on, hardworking crew as a Production & Maintenance Assistant.

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift
Starting Pay – $20+

Responsibilities
- Machine Maintenance: Learn to set up, troubleshoot, and maintain EPS presses and other production machinery.
- Preventative Care: Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to maximize longevity and performance.
- Troubleshooting: Work to ensure minimal downtime and the safe, efficient operation of all machinery.
- Plant Improvement: Assist the team in plant improvements, equipment upgrades, and other special projects.
- Production Support: Complete other tasks assigned by the GM or Plant Manager related to the production of high-quality EPS parts.
Qualifications
- Solid Mechanical Aptitude is essential—experience with repairing, fixing, or general maintenance is highly desired.
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Strong attention to safety and detail in a manufacturing environment.
