POSITION – Roofing Repairman

JOB LOCATION – Washington County, WI

STARTING DATE – ASAP

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (6am-3pm)

STARTING PAY – $30-$38/Hour

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Minimum two years roofing experience.

 

Roofing Repairman is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing and repairing roofing systems on residential and/or commercial properties. Perform maintenance, leak detection and minor roof replacements while ensuring safety, quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

- Inspect roofs to identify leaks, damage and needed repairs.

- Repair or replace damaged roofing materials due to weather, wear or structural issues.

- Identify underlying roofing issues and recommend corrective actions.

 

Qualifications

- Valid Wisconsin drivers license is required.

- Physical ability to lift materials (typically up to 50-75 lbs.)

- Minimum two years roofing experience is required.
