POSITION – Press Operator.

JOB LOCATION – Manitowoc, WI.

STARTING DATE – Immediate.

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-hire.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – This is a full-time position.

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

STARTING PAY – $17-$20/hour.

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or equivalent.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

JOB DUTIES –

Work with industry-leading machinery.

Operate presses to produce flawless results.

Monitor production.

Problem solve.

Perform quality control.

Maintain a safe a clean work environment.

Follow safety protocols.

Record production data and maintain accurate records. 

SHIFT AND ENVIRONMENT –

Attention to detail, critical thinking, ability to read blueprints, understanding of mechanics, physical stamina.

Can be noisy and physically demanding, requiring constant use of PPE like safety glasses and steel-toed boots.

Adherence to all safety policies, reporting hazards, and participating in training.
