Project Manager

A small Wisconsin civil engineering firm is looking for their next Project Manager. They are bursting with growth and offer flexible scheduling and dog friendly work environments.

POSITION – Project Manager

JOB LOCATION – Ozaukee County, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1^st Shift

STARTING PAY – $90+k/year

BENEFITS – Flexible Work Schedule, Health/Dental, PTO & Holidays, 401k w/match

REQUIRED EDUCATION – BS - Civil Engineering or related field

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – 6+ years Municipal, Land Development, or related Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Manage & oversee infrastructure planning and design projects

• Manage teams of engineers, surveyors, and technicians

• Oversee & support on development of designs/bid packages

• Prepare contract documents, design calculations, design reports, permit applications

• Marketing activities to include, but not limited to, build/maintain client relationships and enhance company’s reputation

• Manage project budgets, schedules and requirements

• Develop high level design criteria, project work plans, and procedures

Requirements

• BS – Civil Engineering or related field

• 6+ years of experience in Municipal, Land Development, or related Civil Engineering disciplines

• Professional Engineers License in Wisconsin

• Experience in infrastructure development

• 1 year MINIMUM experience managing projecsts

• AutoCAD/Civil 3D
