We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineering Manager to oversee the management of the electrical shop, engineering team, and internal projects. This is a demanding leadership role that will likely be part of the Senior Management Team. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background but will not be responsible for the day-to-day programming or detailed engineering work. The position offers little to no travel and focuses primarily on overseeing operations and ensuring efficient project completion. OEM machine industry experience is a must!
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and provide leadership to the electrical shop and engineering team, ensuring effective performance and efficient project execution.

Oversee internal projects, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.

Collaborate with senior management to align project goals with company strategy.

Monitor the performance of the engineering team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

Ensure that all engineering work aligns with customer requirements, quality standards, and project deadlines.

Basic Requirements:
-
Engineering background, ideally with experience in electrical systems and engineering management.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and overseeing complex projects.

OEM industry experience is essential.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

No extensive travel required for this position.
Basic Requirements:
-
Strong background in industrial electrical engineering, particularly with AB-Rockwell products.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings.

Experience in managing projects to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

AS degree required.
Preferred Experience:
-
5+ years in custom equipment manufacturing.

Experience with SolidWorks or Inventor

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

- 5+ years of electrical engineering background with machine OEM experience required.
