Structural Engineer P.E.

In this role, you'll lead the structural design and management of diverse projects—from sleek commercial builds and modern residential developments to cutting-edge industrial structures. You'll bring your technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and leadership skills to the table, helping us deliver smart, efficient, and high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for buildings, foundations, and other structures in compliance with applicable codes and standards

• Prepare construction documents including drawings, specifications, and reports

• Review and stamp engineering documents as the responsible PE (preferred)

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines

• Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments as needed

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

• Assist in mentoring junior engineers or EITs

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred

• Candidates close to PE designation will be considered

• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering

• Proficiency in structural analysis/design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RISA, RAM, Revit, AutoCAD)

• Strong knowledge of construction materials including steel, concrete, wood, and masonry

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

• Project management experience is a plus
