Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures. · Inspection of production area, production processes, and finished goods produced. · Line clearance and pre-op checks prior to the beginning of production, and after any line stoppage. · Perform review of batch ticket prior to the beginning of production. · Monitor cleanliness of production areas; if unacceptable record and report any anomalies to both QA and Production Supervisor. · Verify proper sanitation of all production equipment prior to the beginning of production. · Verify for the presence of product identification and sanitation cards on equipment. · Verify release stickers on all raw materials, packaging, and bulk prior to the beginning of production. · Verify the product temperature is within specification prior to the beginning of packaging. · Verify the product weight is within specification prior to the beginning of production. · Execute routine checklist through the QC Line Hourly Inspection Form and report any anomaly. · Record all daily findings on the Daily Event Tracker Worksheet. · Perform weekly audits and record all findings in the cGMP Audit Worksheet. · Record all downtime and scale calibration on the QC Hourly Inspection Form. · Daily verification of equipment for calibration and fitness for use. · Comply with Company SOPs and policies. · Complete a Non-Conforming Material Report (NCMR) when needed. · Fill in for the Incoming QC Inspector when needed, fulfilling all duties of that position, as needed. · Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
