Collections Agent - Bilingual Spanish - Remote

Pay: $13.85

Job Description:

• Answer incoming calls from customers; take information down and make notes into the database

• Make outbound calls; gather information (i.e. email address, type of insurance etc.)

• Discuss payment options/schedule

• Skip tracing—research information on customer (i.e. current address, phone number, email etc.)

Requirements:

• Great customer service skills

• Excellent communications skills

• Computer literate

• Offer both part-time and full-time

• Bilingual Spanish a plus

• Fully remote, but must reside in Arizona

• You must own a Windows based computer or laptop
