Pay: $24-$25
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and work on community booths (set-up, take-down, staffing, contact
with depts., swag, signage, support materials, activity, etc.)
• Develop a program for booths/ambassadors/staffing moving forward.
• Coordinate and project manage support items employee-engagement events
• Take on other special projects as needed.
• Serve as a backup to staff for photo escort, media and video assistance for
increased digital presence in community channels.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is in working order.
• Oversee office organization and tidiness to create an efficient work environment.
• Answer and screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain and update databases, records, and files.
• Create and manage spreadsheets and reports, often using software like
Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain an organized filing system for documents, records, and reports, both
physical and digital.
• Retrieve and file documents as needed.
• Greet and assist visitors and clients who come to the office.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and professional.
• Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint), email clients, and calendar applications is essential.
• Basic clerical needed, such as answering phones, distributing mail, data entry,
etc.
• Familiarity with standard office equipment such as copiers and printers
