Workday Trainer

Pay: $23 - $27/hr.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the HR and Payroll staff 

• Deliver trainings related to our new system Workday.

• Deliver one on one or in classroom settings

• Implement effective instructional strategies to develop a curriculum

• Evaluate training sessions, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness

• Assist employees with technical issues and software proficiency

• Goal is to train 300+ employees on how to use Workday to clock in and out, payroll transactions, leave of Absence, Time off request and employee self-serve

• Other related functions as assigned

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Ability to work collaboratively 

• Strong verbal communication

• Willingness to work on flex schedule to train employees in swing shift.
