Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA (In Office)
Pay: $150,000 - $180,000

 

About the job:
The Sales Operations Analyst will support Sales and Global Operations by delivering accurate reporting, managing order escalations, aligning supply, and ensuring pricing compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

 

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field

  • Works with sensitive and confidential information with integrity

  • Demonstrates advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas); BI tools experience is a plus

  • Understands demand management, order fulfillment, and supply chain processes

  • Communicates effectively with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams

  • Pays strong attention to detail, maintains process discipline, and meets tight deadlines

  • Is proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)

  • Brings strong revenue reporting and sales/financial analysis skills

 

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support quarterly and annual revenue planning

  • Track global revenue and bookings against forecasts, providing variance analyses and identifying gaps

  • Support corporate-level reporting and participate in business reviews with leadership

  • Design and implement sales reports with IT and business users

  • Perform ad hoc analyses for bookings and revenue scenario modeling

  • Create and maintain monthly gap reports for Sales review

  • Manage pull-in requests, expedites, and provide updates to Sales within 24–48 hours

  • Track orders not meeting customer request dates, including gaps and lead times

  • Partner with Global Operations on build plans, supportability, and shortfall analysis

  • Support Sales in managing product wind-down demand and pricing activities
