Job Title: Senior Digital Business Analyst

Pay: $50-$55/hr
About the job:
The Senior Digital Business Analyst drives improvements across sales and logistics processes by analyzing user feedback, optimizing workflows, and partnering closely with IT and business teams. This role leads cross-
functional efforts to enhance SAP SD/LE utilization and deliver business-ready solutions.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Holds a bachelor’s degree and has 4–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
and Logistics Execution (LE)
• Understands end-to-end sales and logistics processes across sales orders, deliveries, invoicing, RMA,
inventory, pricing, and master data
• Can write and execute SQL queries for reporting and analysis
• Excels at gathering requirements, documenting specifications, and partnering with development teams
• Has experience leading process innovation and cross-functional projects
• Communicates clearly and documents processes thoroughly
• Learns new systems quickly and collaborates effectively with global teams
What you’ll do:
• Analyze Voice of Customer feedback to identify root causes and propose improvement solutions
• Document and optimize sales and logistics processes to improve efficiency and system usage
• Lead cross-functional teams including managers, SAP consultants, and external vendors
• Build alignment between IT, business units, and external partners to support integration and user adoption
• Prepare clear business requirements and development specifications
• Perform data analysis using SQL and support reporting needs
