  • We are a 24/7 facility that may work rotating 12 hour shifts. We care about work/life balance, but all employees must have the flexibility to work any shift as needed to meet customer demands.

  • We produce packaging for the food industry. This means that employees will follow all Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices related to safe food production.

  • Our production demands our tied to agricultural seasonality. This means that there is a possibility of varied work expectations between seasons.

  • We mechanically manipulate steel in our facility. This is a continuously loud process. Hearing protecting, as part of our total PPE requirements, is used throughout our facility.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Forklift and Material handing experience preferred.

  • Experience receiving and handling hazardous materials is preferred.

  • The ability to read, write and understand Basic English at a level required for all business expectations including daily responsibilities, training and communication.

  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
