8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday

1-hour lunch break

Role Description

This is a Receptionist role located at McComb, MS. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, performing clerical duties, communicating with visitors, and providing excellent customer service to those who come to our organization. 

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills, including answering and directing phone calls and performing clerical tasks

• Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal communication and the ability to communicate effectively with visitors

• Customer Service skills, including a positive attitude, a professional demeanor, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to visitors

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• 3+ years of office experience preferred
