Mon – Thu, 7:30am to 5pm 

     Fridays 7:30am-12:30pm



Role Description

We are currently hiring for a full-time Welder position located in Richland, MS. As a Welder, you will be responsible for operating welding equipment to build and join metal parts and components. This includes interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate welding techniques, conducting quality checks, and maintaining equipment. Additionally, you will perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment. Your main tasks will involve fitting, welding, and assembling materials based on drawing templates, reading blueprints, inspecting and grinding welds as necessary, and occasionally operating forklifts. Safety is of utmost importance, so you will be expected to follow all safety guidelines. 


Qualifications

  • Must have experience in the GMAW process

  • 3+ years experience MIG and TIG welding various metals

  • Experience working with materials such as steel, aluminum, or alloys

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints

  • Good understanding of welding safety procedures and protocol

  • Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift, holding heavy objects

  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills

  • Ability to work independently and as a team under pressure to meet production deadlines

Welding certifications are preferred
