Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: 10-hour shift, Monday–Thursday
Expected Hours: 40 per week
Key Responsibilities:

Review project drawings and specifications to ensure all production aligns with orders and installation requirements.

Interpret architectural documents, including scope, specifications, and estimator take-offs.

Oversee daily shop operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety.

Schedule, assign, and prioritize all cabinet shop tasks.

Support and advise shop staff on best fabrication practices.

Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and parts; ensure proper maintenance and safe use of equipment.

Provide performance coaching and skills development for shop personnel.

Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure readiness for delivery.

Maintain equipment and troubleshoot fabrication and assembly issues.

Collaborate with staff to meet production goals and deadlines.

Order correct materials with sufficient lead times to avoid production delays.

Lead weekly safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA and all workplace safety regulations.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a millwork or cabinet shop (or related construction industry).

Deep understanding of architectural millwork, materials, fabrication, and production methods.

Skilled in both standard and custom cabinet assembly processes.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Proven ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and drive continuous improvement.
