Position Summary
The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the daily activities.  This role provides hands-on leadership, oversees inspection processes, ensures a safe and organized work environment, and supports training and accountability for all staff members.


Pay Rate - $16.50 per hour

 Hours - 7:00am - 3:30pm (Must have flexibility)


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily activities of a warehouse work group to ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.

  • Ensure all customer requirements are met while maintaining established quality and safety standards.

  • Oversee the inspection process to ensure products and work activities comply with company and customer specifications.

  • Lead daily work activities by maintaining strong organization, good housekeeping practices, and a clean, safe work environment.

  • Ensure proper tools, equipment, and materials are available and in good working condition.

  • Provide training and onboarding support for new hires to ensure understanding of job duties, safety standards, and company policies.

  • Maintain accountability for the performance, attendance, and conduct of all assigned staff members.

  • Identify, document, and report any policy, procedure, or safety violations in a timely manner.

  • Support and actively promote the company’s health and safety initiatives and culture.

  • Serve as a point of contact between warehouse staff and management to communicate priorities, expectations, and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Previous team lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Working knowledge of warehouse safety practices and quality processes.

  • Ability to train, motivate, and hold team members accountable.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Warehouse environment with regular exposure to equipment, materials, and moving machinery.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required to support operations.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality warehouse operations while supporting team development and company standards.
