About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to support the operations team in managing key documentation and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and comfortable handling data entry, filing, and processing Manufacturers Statement of Origin (MSOs) and related paperwork. This is a great entry-to-mid-level role for someone who enjoys structured tasks and supporting smooth operational workflows.
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, review, and process Manufacturers Statement of Origin (MSOs).

Enter MSO and other operational data accurately into internal systems.

Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all documentation.

Support other clerical tasks as needed, including scanning, copying, and record management.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of documents.

Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks to support operational compliance.

Qualifications:
