Master Electrician

Tradeco Construction is seeking a skilled and licensed Master Electrician to join our team. As a Master Electrician at Tradeco Construction, you will play a crucial role in the successful installation of solar systems, ensuring compliance with electrical codes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation of solar power systems, ensuring compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Coordinate with project managers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify that installations meet company standards and electrical code requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that arise during installations or maintenance.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to electrical teams on site.

• Stay up to date with the latest industry standards, electrical codes, and best practices.

• Ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of electrical equipment and tools.

Requirements:

• Valid Master Electrical License for VT or NH

• Proven experience as a Master Electrician in the solar industry or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety procedures.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
