Key Responsibilities Operate woodworking machines and prepare cabinet components. Assemble cabinet parts using hand tools, power tools, and fasteners. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders. Install hardware including hinges, handles, and drawer slides. Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency. Perform sanding, fitting, and finishing tasks as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow company safety policies and procedures. Work with team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Previous experience in woodworking, carpentry, or cabinet/furniture manufacturing preferred. Ability to read measurements, drawings, and blueprints. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to lift up to [40 lbs] and perform physical labor throughout the shift. Dependable and able to work in a fast paced team environment. Work Environment Manufacturing/wood shop setting with exposure to noise and dust. Use of PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection) required. Standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
