This is a temporary position and will last about 6 weeks. Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Repacker to join our team. The Repacker is responsible for repackaging products according to company and customer specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. This role plays a key part in supporting production, warehousing, and distribution operations. Key Responsibilities: • Inspect, sort, and repackage products into new containers, cartons, or pallets as required. • Verify product labeling, expiration dates, and packaging integrity to ensure compliance with company and customer standards. • Assemble packaging materials such as boxes, labels, and shrink wrap. • Maintain accurate counts of products during repackaging and report any discrepancies. • Operate basic warehouse equipment (tape guns, shrink wrap machines, pallet jacks, etc.). • Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards. • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including lifting, stacking, and inventory support. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED preferred. • Previous warehouse, packaging, or manufacturing experience a plus. • Ability to lift up to [X] lbs. and stand for long periods. • Strong attention to detail and quality. • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
