MISSION:

Local company specializing in static reducing wipers, lint-free wipers, tack cloths, cheese cloths, mill ends, wiping cloths, remnants, towels, non-wovens, polishing cloths, apparel and disposable paper products is looking for a Customer Service Person. This candidate will possess customer service skills, great communication, math skills.

 

KEY OUTCOMES:

1. Utilize customer service skills to identify sales/retention opportunities of new and existing customers

2. Handle customer and/or client inquiries regarding account status and follow-up of same

3. Capture information and enter data into the computer system in a timely and accurate manner

4. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism

 

COMPETENCIES:

1. Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and maintain call control

2. Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions

3. Ability to work in a fast pace environment

4. Open to learning new or different software systems

 

SKILLS:

1. Basic knowledge of handling Accounts payable and receivable

2. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

3. Exceptional customer service skills
