The Sales Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Retail Sales Department by coordinating various administrative responsibilities, including new account approval & processing, processing retail credits, account reconciliation, MAP support & enforcements, retailer & distributor administrative duties, and special projects. Essential Function Statement(s) • Review all new account requests and coordinate approval with reps and National Sales Manager. • Assist with product sales and order entry (as needed) • Facilitate customer inquiries and complaints or directing them to appropriate department • Answer retailer emails and/or inquiries on an as needed basis • Answer and facilitate all incoming phone calls and direct to inside rep or appropriate department (as requested) • Facilitate key retailer(s) and distributor(s) new item and promotion paperwork with National Sales Manager • Process product returns and credits for retail and distributor account customers • Demonstrate organizational and accounting skills, including reconciling invoice irregularities. • Coordinate and execute, monthly broker kit shipments. • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Analyze data pertaining to MAP compliance. • Send out MAP enforcements provided by 3rd party MAP compliance vendor • Work closely with National Sales Manager on special projects. • Attend regular trainings regarding products and policies • Other duties as assigned.
