Our client, one of world’s leading manufacturers of Agricultural Machinery, Farm, Forestry & Construction equipment, seeks an accomplished “Communications Specialist/Admin Assistant”


Position: Communications Specialist/Admin Assistant (#14866)

Location: Moline, IL 61265

Duration: upto 6 months


*** Pay Rate: $15/hr. W2 - $20/hr. W2 (depending upon experience)

Job Description:

  • Owner of Cylinder Intranet/SharePoint

  • Creation of weekly newsletter

  • Owner of facility TV content

  • Coordinate volunteer activities

  • Administrative Assistance / Office Manager

  • Scheduling meetings for leadership

  • Managing badges and security access

  • Managing conference rooms

  • Prepare for executive visits

  • Manage office supplies and mail room


Job Requirements:

  • Experience writing newsletters, experience coordinating events, strong MS Office skills, highly organized and detail oriented
