Compensation Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure job descriptions for every position

  • Audits jobs for content and leveling.

  • Standardize job codes and job titles

  • Researching and analyzing data to determine appropriate salary level and job title for new positions and current positions

  • Match positions to salary surveys

Phase 2:

  • Create and classify appropriate salary grades and assignment.

  • Review FLSA, EEO and Workers Compensation alignment

  • Review Geographic differentials

  • Create a uniform global compensation standard in regards to job creation, matches, leveling, incumbent slotting

  • Analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.

  • Established guidelines, policies and practices.

  • Assist in developing training and communication materials to educate and ensure understanding of total rewards


•BA in Human Resources Management or related field with broad related experience may be considered.

•Must have at least 5 years of experience with broad knowledge and experience in compensation.

•Knowledge of ADP HRIS preferred

•PHR or SPHR certification preferred
