Our Temporary Claims Processor ensures all mail is delivered to the appropriate destination and that files are updated with the appropriate paperwork.


What will you be doing?

? Return all files to the cabinets after Examiner/ Assistant uses them.

? Process incoming and outgoing mail daily.

? Query and review all mail and new losses, then distribute them accordingly.

? Drop file all mail to files daily.

? Pick up and deliver faxes and outgoing mail.

? Code bills for payment. Pay bills as necessary.

? Pull closed files for review.

? Obtain closed off-site files.

? Return files to off-site location(s).

? Order all office supplies.

? Maintain upkeep of office equipment.

? Answer calls via the Claims Hunt Group.

? Take new loss reports via phone or fax, and sets up claims in claims system.

? Process daily transactions (opening reserves, closing reserves, issuing checks, etc.).

? Match daily checks to be mailed.

? Assist with ordering police reports.


From an Experience and Education Point of View:

We are looking for a High school Diploma or GED and no prior experience is required. We need a candidate with excellent phone skills, strong computer skills, a talent for data entry, and an eye for detail.
