General Laborer - Molding

This position requires the use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes, among other heavy equipment. The General Laborer – Molding responsibilities also include keeping the production area clean, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working the production line as instructed, and strictly following health and safety guidelines. They will follow the direction of the Molding Supervisor or designee, and other production supervisors, to complete tasks including rubber clicking, peeling/de-molding, working with lead, wiring, bearing building, and molding of rubber components.
