Entry level field technician would be defined as: an inexperienced employee who will be available on an on-call basis to perform duties in the field as a helper to an experienced tech or as a helper of a larger belt installation crew. These duties would include maintaining a tidy work area throughout the job, assisting in removing and reinstalling conveyor components, setting and removal of vulcanizing equipment and a runner for tools and parts as needed. Any skills or previous experience in a process maintenance setting would be a plus, but not a requirement. We do require a positive attitude, showing up for work on time, being prepared to work a 12-14 hour day without notice, and above all we require our people to be committed to working safely at all times.
