Transport, store, pull, load and unload products required for workshops, printing/ assembly needs or stock replenishment. Duties: Check production cells for status of orders being produced Operate computer and create picklists for components needed Pull and transport components needed/ requested Return extra components to warehouse and properly store Remove finished goods from department and stage Organize orders Complete all paperwork assigned, verify and count all finished goods Meet inventory needs May be required to drive company box truck to transport materials between buildings. Operate radio frequency scans to maintain accurate inventory levels and storage locations Operate IQMS system to gather relevant job info Perform cycle counts Inspect material handling equipment for defects Operate powered industrial trucks (sit down lifts, reach trucks and walkrides) to move materials to and from locations. Adheres to traffic safety program along with all other safety policies Enforces outside driver safety policies Makes sanitation a day-to-day practice ensuring SQF guidelines are followed Restack leaning boxes and replace damaged boxes or pallets May be required to work overtime Qualifications: Follow Policies and Procedures Safety Orientation Fire Extinguisher Powered Industrial Truck IQMS RF System Bills of Landing Steel-Toe Boots High School graduate or equivalent Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work independently and make quick decisions Prolonged standing or sitting Lifting up to 45 pounds frequently.
