Rely Workforce Group is sourcing for 2nd shift Inventory Clerks for a client in the South Charlotte Area. The ideal Candidate will have at least 6 months prior experience with inventory cycle counts.



Summary: This position is responsible for verifying and adjusting inventory in specified locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Use RF, PC to check inventory in designated locations based upon system specifications.

• Correct location configurations to allow proper moves and replenishments.

• Generate and use reports that direct the cycle counters to problem areas.

• Assist drivers, stockers, locators in maintaining accurate counts, locations, moves.

• Train new cycle counters.

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.


Other Skills and Abilities:

Basic understanding of Warehouse Management System.

Basic understanding of flow of goods from Receiving to Shipping.

Ability to read and interpret documents in English.

Strong problem solving skills.

Strong math skills.
